PERSONAL PROJECT · EARLY DEVELOPMENT

Your body.
Your story.
A clearer view.

Understand your body.

InLyra is a personal, non-commercial project exploring a thoughtful way to document health observations — and make your own history easier to follow.

InLyra HealthA PERSONAL HEALTH JOURNAL
Built with care. One step at a time.
01 / OBSERVE

Start with your experience.

Keep track of symptoms, everyday observations and how you feel. Give small changes a place in your personal story.

02 / CONNECT

See your history together.

Organise observations, measurements and medical documents along a timeline, with their sources kept visible.

03 / REFLECT

Prepare better questions.

Use your documented history to prepare for a conversation with a healthcare professional. Observations are not diagnoses.

WORK IN PROGRESS

A beginning,
not a finished product.

InLyra is being developed and tested privately. The interface is currently in German. Features and workflows may change, and the project is not offered as a publicly available health service.

  • Currently implemented: a personal journal, daily check-ins, a timeline and document storage.
  • Still being refined: usability, deployment and recovery workflows, and more detailed ways to explore observations.
  • No launch date, guaranteed availability or medical accuracy claims.
